• Playa Ocotal is the bay next to Playas del Coco. One has to drive about 5 min. from Playas del Coco through some small villages


• Reaching Ocotal one passes through a gate from there one decides to go to the residential zone on the hills, to one of the smaller boutique hotels or to the beach


• From Ocotal you can drive further to Pez Vela which is a gated community with a hotel and condos; there is a nice restaurant with swimming pool right on the beach
