Professional Background

I am Swiss and have graduated as Tourism Expert and Eidg. Dipl. Betriebsoekonom FH (Business Administration) in Switzerland and I am a designated International Property Specialist and certified Real Estate Agent by CCCBR and licensed by CRGAR. We are members of the American European Real Estate Group of Costa Rica and represent the area of Liberia Canton.

 

I speak English, Spanish, German, Russian, Italian, French, Portuguese plus of course Swiss German with my Clients. I am a passionate traveller and I always liked to communicate with the people wherever I go.

 

I have been in the real estate industry for almost 15 years. I have not only been in real estate sales but also have done extensive advisory for customers with large scale mixed use real estate developments in many countries throughout Europe, intensively in the Russian speaking area as well as Asia and Africa.

I like to bring international and local knowhow together and show our Clients different perspectives.

 

I specialize not only in homes, land and commercial real estate in Liberia town and the Liberia International Airport, officially named Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport, surroundings but also in the other areas of Liberia Canton, which includes the Nacascolo area with ‘Papagayo Peninsula’ (the most luxury resort of the country with a nice marina, one of the world’s most beautiful golf courses, various hotels such as the Four Seasons etc.) as well as the areas of `Curubande` and `Cañas Dulces` where one can find properties with great mountain views.
